Large private room and semi-private living room for rent. The room is 13’x10’ in size. The living room is 21’x10’ in size. Access to shared kitchen, large pantry, bathroom, and fenced outdoor living space (including large porch). Very close to B-line and bus route. No smoking. We are a couple, we have one dog, one cat, and 2 kids that visit every other weekend.

For all shared living spaces (outdoors, bathroom, pantry, etc) we will accommodate your needs to allow you space for your things. Pictures in the listing show the current state but things will be moved/removed after you have had time to see the space and communicate your needs with us.

$800 per month including all utilities (gigabit internet, gas, water/sewage, and electric).
