Property Description

I have a fully furnished bedroom and a private bathroom to rent on a short term basis. It is appropriate for a mature person who works or attends school during the day and needs a nice place to stay for several months. Someone who is temporarily in Bozeman for an assignment or a person who plans to rent or buy their own place in the not too distant future would be perfect. The home is located on Bozeman’s south side close to MSU and not too far from downtown. There are walking trails and a park in the neighborhood. You would have use of the fully equipped kitchen, laundry, family room with TV, and two outdoor porches. All utilities, including internet are provided. There is on street parking in front of the house and you would be able to store some sporting equipment or other items in the garage. It’s not appropriate for pets. The rent is $1,200/month and we would have a month to month lease, or could make other arrangements by advance agreement.
