Hi everyone! I am looking for a female-identifying person to sublease my 4br/4bth apartment for the spring semester while I do study abroad. The apartment is located at Chapel Ridge about 10-15 minutes from campus. The buses are also easily accessible if you don't have a car and take you directly to campus. Rent is $715 but covers all amenities and includes a swimming pool and gym. There are 3 other girls living in the apartment and the room is fully furnished with a personal bathroom. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer and the kitchen has a dishwasher. Also, Chapel Ridge is pet-friendly. Please message if interested!
