Lease takeover at campus village

If anyone is looking to stay at campus village over the summer and is still looking for a place to stay, please lmk. I need my lease to be taken over.
the apartment is at campus Village is a townhouse that has 3 floors and is a 4 bedroom with shared living and dining area. you will have your own personal room that is fully furnished with a bathroom and a closet.
The rent is $545 plus the electric bill. Other utilities are covered under rent.
I currently do not have any pictures of the actual unit but if you are interested please lmk asap and I can send updated pictures of the unit and we can go from there!
It must be guys and A&M students only.
