Property Description

Private bedroom, shared bath with a lease period of December 1st, 2022 to November 14th, 2023. Your bedroom will be unfurnished, but the shared spaces will be furnished. Rent is $700 a month, which is half the rent plus $10 for exclusive use of the covered parking space. Electricity will be roughly $30 a month and internet will also be roughly $30 a month for each of us. The unit has new flooring and carpeting and new stainless steel appliances.

Also included are an in-unit washer and dryer, gym on premises, and seasonal pool/ spa. Water/sewer/garbage/recycling is paid for by the leasing company. Please note that the entire property is smoking/ vaping free and does not allow pets.

You will be required to apply through the leasing company ($50 application fee). Once approved, you will be added to the lease agreement.

About me:
My name is Aliya Steinmetz and I am a 21-year-old junior Psychology major here at Oregon State University, and my pronouns are she/her. My hobbies include sewing, video games, playing Dungeons and Dragons, board games, and baking. I am generally pretty tidy, quiet, and I definitely prioritize academics. I'm not big into partying or large social events but I do enjoy having some people over for small get-togethers, game/ movie nights, etc.
