Hello! I'm looking for someone to relet my lease to for the fall 24-25 semester. The lease is for 1 bed & bath in a 3x3 apartment at The Forum at Denton Station, which extends from 8/17/24 - 7/31/25. The monthly rent is $800. This apartment complex boasts a ton of amenities including an in-unit laundry room, private bathrooms with each room, a modern kitchen, and an included wifi router for the entire apartment. As for community amenities, the lease includes a 24-hour fitness center, dog park, 24/7 emergency maintenance, indoor and outdoor sand volleyball and basketball courts, and a resort-style swimming pool and hot tub. The lease also includes a covered parking spot for a car at the apartment complex. There is also a UNT bus right outside of the complex that can take you directly to and from the UNT Union. The roommates for this apartment are not yet determined, so you are able to search on your own for who you are going to be living with. After touring an apartment at the Forum I can confirm that there are no bugs, mold, or mildew in the apartment and the landlords/tenants are really friendly and will always help with any of your needs.
