MSU Summer Sublease Lodges of East Lansing

Property Description

Hey everyone, I am looking for a female to take over my 1 bed 1 bath lease at The Lodges of East Lansing from 4/26/24 to 7/31/24. You will have a walk-in-closet, personal bathroom, and the room will be fully furnished (bed, dresser, night stand, desk, and TV (upon request)). I have three other female roommates (the apartment is 4 bed/4bath total) who will be in the apartment occasionally throughout the summer but not full-time. The apartment is on the first floor with a nicely sized patio and backyard, it also has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. This lease comes with a parking spot and is located right next to a large visitor lot. The apartment complex has a 24/7 gym, hot tub, pool, volleyball court, firepit, grills, and study rooms. My rent is a little bit over $800/month but I am willing to discount this sublease to $650. Please let me know if you are interested!
