I’m transferring second semester and I’m looking for someone to sublease my 6 bedroom cottage house. I have absolutely amazing roommates and I added pictures of them to this slide. They are the nicest people and they are very cleanly.

Rent is currently $865 per month and utilities are free u less you go over the given amount. It is a fully furnished house and we have two pantries which are not shown in the pictures but we’re recently added. The house sits right on a dock by two fire pits. There is a private pool a gym along with free spray tans if you’re interested. There is a free coffee bar to get work done at as well as another work area down a little further. There is lake access and boat slips. We have an animal friendly area and my roommates are never really home but they are very sweet girls and keep to themselves. We are a very tidy group of people and everything is always well taken care of. Your specific room is right by the kitchen.
