Hi! I am a student at Cal Poly and am looking for someone to sublease my 1 bed 1 bath apartment between the time of July 15 - January 1st (these dates are not mandatory). The apartment is 1.5 miles from Cal Poly and 0.7 miles from downtown to give you some perspective. The apartment is not yet furnished so if you prefer for it to come unfurnished that can be done! Otherwise, I can furnish the apartment prior to your move in. However, coming furnished would include a girlier touch to the apartment :) The apartment includes 1 bed, 1 bath, a refrigerator, trash pickup, onsite washer and dryer, parking, and a small backyard area (although not pictured) and is also on the first floor. The rent is $1750 a month with water included. No pets or smoking allowed. Please reach out if you are interested! I am slightly flexible on the budget! Thanks!
