Hi! I am looking for a female to sublet my room in a 4x2 at Bellarmine Hall starting October 1st (can be sooner if needed) until July 31st, 2024 with the option to renew. The full address is 12977 N 50th St, Temple Terrace, FL 33617 and the complex is right across the street from USF. I am in Room A and monthly rent comes out to $789 with all utilities included (Wi-Fi, Water, Gas, Electric, Pest Control) and you will be responsible for renter’s insurance which is $16 a month. The complex is very clean and safe, maintenance responds fast and is friendly, and the leasing staff is also excellent. There are three other roommates, all female. They’re all very nice and neat, and tend to do their own thing. Bellarmine is a really nice place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone. I am only moving due to family circumstances and needing to be closer to home.
