Subleasing apartment and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (January 2023 – July 2023) at the Ivy, preferably female. Move in starting January 1st. It’s a 2x2 apartment on the first floor. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The apartment has a full size kitchen and living room. Also, the apartment comes with an in unit washer and dryer. The Ivy is close to USF and a bull runner stop is right next door. There is a pool, gym, clubhouse, and a study room. DM me if interested.
