I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Plato's Lofts starting in January. The lease goes to late July, rent ($723) includes in-house renter's insurance, and the only utility you have to cover is electric. It's a single room (pictured furniture is provided, minus the standing lamp) w/ a private bathroom. Kitchen, living, and laundry room shared w/ 3 roommates (1 male other 2 undetermined yet), free parking, access to pool w/ grill, small dog park, and office amenities.
